Use Public Transport "Gasy" to Move Throughout Madagascar

Taxibe (pronounce taxé) is an application bringing together in the same application the possibility of using the public transport network of the city of Antananarivo which is the capital of Madagascar, to use the famous "bush taxis" to crisscross the Malagasy provinces and finally to use individual taxis (called "pikla") for personal journeys.

Regarding the use of buses in the city of Antananarivo, it is possible to:

- Show the list of all bus lines in the capital (more than 180 bus lines)

- Search from a place (or district) a route (departure and arrival) list with indication of the price of the ticket and an estimate of time (when there are not too many traffic jams)

- Show the chosen itinerary on a card and selection of the bus line when there are several

The list of taxé lines is constantly updated so that the application is as complete as possible.

Regarding the use of bush taxis, it is possible to:

- Find the best way to go to the 5 provinces of Madagascar - Tamatave, Diego Suarez, Majunga, Fianarantsoa, ​​Tulear (day or night trip),

- Show the selected journey on a map from the capital

- Display the list of cooperatives that serves these provinces, to contact them directly from your smartphone or send them an SMS

- Show on a map, the bus station from which you leave

- Show an estimate of the ticket price for the selected journey.

The individual taxi call functionality is not yet supported in this version but will be integrated soon.
