VcSBC is a New Channel to Report Problems Encountered in the City of SBC.

VcSBC is your new channel to participate in the urban janitorial of São Bernardo do Campo.

With the app, you can report problems encountered in the city and track the progress of your request.

The idea is to strengthen communication between managers and citizens, bringing more speed, efficiency and social participation to the internal processes of the city.

On the one hand, you help the public administration identify demands and, on the other, the city has a management gain, with its contribution to monitoring the city.

To send requests just register, choose the service category, mark the location and post a photo. From there a protocol is generated and you are informed of the progress of your request.

VcSBC is part of the ZUP - Zelaria Urbana Participatory Zelar System, free software developed by the TIM Institute in partnership with the City of São Bernardo do Campo.

Zup is aligned with the guidelines of the Brazilian Digital Government Policy, which guides public managers to interact with the citizen, improve their own internal management and integrate with partners and suppliers.
