Heritage or heirloom in Arabic is called attirkah, relics of the dead, the property and rights left by people who die to be distributed to those who deserve it (an heir).

Applications "division Inheritance" or Inheritance Calculator is an application used to learn how to calculate inheritance based on Islamic Shari'a. Science faro'idh (faraid / fariodh / faroid) or better known as Mawaris science is the science that addresses the division of inheritance or heritage science that describes matter.

The purpose of science faraid (Mawaris science) is to save the possessions of the dead to avoid taking wealth that people do not deserve it and so do some people who eat other people's property rights, and property rights of orphans with no roads kosher. This is what Allah. in his words:

"And do not some of you take the other half possessions among you in the way of vanity." (Al-Baqarah [2]: 188)

People who have faraid science (science Mawaris) is almost gone, and the division of inheritance are governed by Islamic law had not much done by Muslims themselves. If there are people who died leaving treasures, not immediately distributed to those who deserve it, so eventually it runs out inheritance is not divided.

Prophet. already indicated such a situation, so he was very stressed us Muslims to study faraid (Mawaris science), because this knowledge will be gone too long, the people become lazy to exercise proper division of inheritance according to which set of Islamic law.

Prophet. said:

"Learn faraid (division of inheritance) and teach it to others. I am a man who will be deprived of their lives. And indeed the science will also be uprooted as well. Will also present slanders so there disagreement between two people because of inheritance. Then they both were not getting people who will make a decision (on the disputed issues) in between them both. "(Reported by Al-Hakim)

Faraid studied (science Mawaris) legal fardhu kifayah, meaning that the existing class of people who understand and comprehend the science faraid (Mawaris science), the others are no longer required to learn it. Meanwhile, if the class of people who have absolutely no understanding of science faraid (science Mawaris), then a party that innocent people.

Why Islamic inheritance law is very important in terms of the law, thus classified kifayah fard. In this regard the Prophet. said:

تعلمواالفرائض وعلموهافانهانصف العلم وهوينسى وهو اول شيء ينزع من امتى

Meaning: "Learn faraid and teach him because he is half science and he'll be forgotten and he was the first to be deprived of my people." (Reported by Ibn Majah and Daruqutni)

Warning Prophet. This really real right now. Many scholars who understand the various sciences, but in faraid science (science Mawaris) became more and more forgotten.
