Discover the shopping convenience of our app. Order your favorite DIY and home products and have them delivered to your home or the hardware store. You can also opt for Click & Collect: you order online and pick up the product at a nearby Karwei hardware store.

Choose your own delivery location and date

Have your product(s) delivered on the date you select. Tomorrow, or just when you expect to start your job. You can have your products delivered at home, at the PostNL collection point in our hardware store or another parcel point of your choice. If a product is not in stock online, you can use Click & Collect. This way you can pick up the product at the hardware store near you.

Customer service

Our customer service is ready for you via email, telephone, chat or social media. You can also go to the service counters in our hardware stores.

Return

You can return your order to the hardware store for free. You do not have to register your purchase for this. Take your invoice to one of our hardware stores. Is it not possible to return the product to the DIY store? Register your return online. Returns can be made up to 30 days after purchase. Please note: custom-made items cannot be exchanged or returned.
