Dr. Finneus can be found between Snowcap Island and Terrapin Island. Mysterious Island Location in Fisch (How to get to the Archaeological Site Island)

To find the island, you'll need to collect a Handwritten Note from Dr. Finneus after catching all ten fish bones . The note is a map that contains the coordinates of the island and nine strange glyphs that you'll soon need.

Upon reaching the island, you'll be faced with a huge series of platforms and rocks that are weirdly difficult to navigate. The door will open and remain permanently unlocked for your character, similar to the gate leading to The Depths. At least, it will be unlocked for the duration of the event .
